We couldn't get a table at Taxi Dining so we ended up going to Upper/Lower. This place is really good too...... the food was awesome.....and the wine list was impressive too. Will definately go back soon. Lower restaurant is a bar...with loads of bar food and looking from the crowd its attracted I assume its equally tastebud tantalizing. A must try.
