Steamed Savoury Egg

Was up for cooking last nite. Somethin light yet tasty so i wipped out da steamer and made this runny and soft dish with chicken, mushrooms and soy beans. The custard base (egg, dashi, salt, light soya sauce & sake) ~ 20 mins later.Bon Appetit!



Westin Hotel Drink

I went out for a midnite drink and some cake. Raspberry cheesecake...NICE
