Signature Restaurant in Breathtaker All Suite Hotel and Alpine Spa Retreat
To begin...BBQ king prawns on ridicchio, egg plant and witlof salad (bitter) with lime coriander and sweet chilli syrup.
To satisfy...North Queensland wild barramundi crusted with macadamia nuts and sun-dried tomato on tumeric potatoes with baby spinach. Grain fed Victorian eye fillet with roasted kumara and truffle oil mash, topped with a wild mushroom and port jus.
To spoil... German apple strudel with berries etc and a dollop of ice cream instead of cream
No wonder this restaurant is in the Good Food Guide. Beautiful food on a nice cold spring night.
