Oyakodon

Zero fat as no oil was used! Hmm..but the chicken pieces have blubber on them! Dashi stock, soy sauce, sake, mirin and some sugar. Voila...chicken is served! Sprinkle some roasted black sesame seeds on the rice to make the eating process even more 'salivating'. Too easy! But I always tend to over eat rice when I have oyakodon. Carb overload...oops
